we would like to ask for your cooperation in the new response for the coronavirus starting from April 1st, 2023 at OES schools and ROBODONE Ota (hereinafter referred to as “the school”).<\/p>\n

\n\u30fbWe had a notification by the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare saying “The use of masks will depend on personal choices. Please remember to be understanding and respectful of personal choices and not to force someone to wear or take off their masks.”<\/strong>
\n\u30fbWith that being said, the choice of wearing a mask in class at the school will be up to the personal choices of the teachers and the students.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\n\u2460We check the temperature and physical condition of our teachers and staff (hereinafter referred to as “staff”), and if they have a fever of 37.5 degrees Celsius or higher, we may conduct lessons remotely or with a substitute teacher.
\n\u2461We will keep ensuring and implementing that basic infection control measures are taken, such as ventilation and sanitization.<\/p>\n

\n\u2460Please be sure to wear a mask if you have symptoms such as cough and sneeze.
\n\u2461Please refrain from attending the school if you have a cold, a fever of 37.5 degrees Celsius or higher, difficulty breathing, or if you feel lethargic.
\n\u2462If you experience any of the above symptoms after attending the school, please return home immediately. In the case of children, the staff may take their temperature or ask them to leave the school.
\n\u2463In order to avoid crowding, we may have to restrict the admission of non-students.<\/p>\n
\n\u2461If a family member or a person living with you is found to be infected with the coronavirus or to have been in close contact with an infected patient.
\n\u2462If your school or kindergarten has been shut down.
\n\u2463When there is a suspicion of infection other than the above.<\/p>\n
\n\u30fbFrom the viewpoint of protecting personal information, we will keep the information about infected persons and those in close contact with them strictly confidential and will not provide it to anyone outside the company.
\n\u30fbIn order to prevent prejudice and discrimination, please be considerate of infected persons, their families, and related persons.
\n\u30fbPlease be thoughtful and do not force those to wear a mask against their will.<\/p>\n
\n\u30fbFor the make-up class in case you were absent will be applied the same rule as your usual class.
\n\u30fbFrom April 1st, 2023, there will be no “special make-up class” in case you are absent from getting infected by the coronavirus or for any other reason.<\/p>\n
