Measures and Guidelines for Novel Coronavirus Infections and Influenza\u00a0<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span>we would like to ask for your cooperation in the new response for respiratory infections, such as coronavirus and influenza<\/b>, starting from April 1st, 2024 at OES schools and ROBODONE Ota (hereinafter referred to as “the school”).<\/p>\n

1. Preventive measures at the school
\n<\/b>\u2460 We check the temperature and physical condition of our teachers and staff (hereinafter referred to as “staff”), and if they have a fever of 37.5 degrees Celsius or higher, we may conduct lessons remotely or with a substitute teacher.
\n\u2461 We will keep ensuring and implementing that basic infection control measures are taken, such as ventilation and sanitization.<\/p>\n

2. Request for your cooperation
\n<\/span><\/b>\u2460 Please be sure to wear a mask if you have symptoms such as cough and sneeze.
\n\u2461 Please refrain from attending the school if you have a cold, a fever of 37.5 degrees Celsius or higher, difficulty breathing, or if you feel lethargic.
\n\u2462 If you experience any of the above symptoms after attending the school, please return home immediately. In the case of children, the staff may take their temperature or ask them to leave the school.
\n\u2463 Depending on the situation, we might limit the entrance or the number of people in the school or classrooms.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

3. If you have any of the following conditions, please stop attending the school and resume attending only after your safety has been confirmed according to the instructions and advice of your doctor or health center
\n<\/b>\u2460 If you have been diagnosed with any infections such as coronavirus infection or influenza.
\n\u2461 If you have a strong suspicion of infection.
\n\u2462 If a doctor has told you to refrain from attending the school.
\n\u2463 If a family member or a person living with you is found to be infected with the coronavirus or influenza.<\/p>\n

4. Other cases
\n<\/span><\/b>\u2022 From the viewpoint of protecting personal information, we will keep the information about infected persons and those in close contact with them strictly confidential and will not provide it to anyone outside the company.
\n\u2022 In order to prevent prejudice and discrimination, please be considerate of infected persons, their families, and related persons.
\n<\/span>\u2022 Please be thoughtful and do not force those to wear a mask against their will.<\/p>\n

5. Measurements for make-up classes
\n<\/b>\u2022 For the make-up class in case you were absent will be applied the same rule as your usual class.<\/p>\n
